KEYS TO SUCCESS AS A COACH
Open this website for the key to success. The door swings open and written on the wall in big letters…HARD WORK! Yes, Hard Work is the key to success. No matter how much you preach or lecture to your players, they are only going to get better through hard work and more hard work. I like to think of it as repetition, repetition, repetition.

Coach 10L says “My high school volleyball and basketball teams combined for 1100 wins but never got to 100 in the loss column. My junior high and freshmen teams in football basketball and volleyball went undefeated at least 30 times and won a ton of league championships in track. Skills are what win games in junior high and high school so DRILL the SKILLS over and over and over again!”

Check out the tried and true methods that have helped Coach 10L become a three time Hall of Fame coach. Along with Coach 10L is his wife, also known as Coach Tennal who is a three time Hall of Fame volleyball coach as well. Together they have retired and now live near Topeka, KS. Now they have time to share the many things they have learned over the years.
This website will be coaching advice that can be used for volleyball and basketball but carries over to many other sports. Check out the drills, skill development, philosophies, plus many ideas that have helped both Coach Kimbrook Tennal and Coach Kim Tennal be successful.
